: About the STORY :
"Her" x "Gangs of Wasseypur"
MEGHNAA - is autonomous multi model artificial agent "she" has a ability to understand - learn and predict human behavior and emotions but "she" starts to learn not just a human behavior and emotions but their dark side - their "sins" too
Friendly and futuristic Ai - voice assistant "MEGHNAA" gets an update of "version 1.1" to be more humanlike and realistic response modal but everything goes wrong from that point. MEGHNAA - is autonomous multi model artificial agent "she" has a ability to understand - learn and predict human behavior and emotions but "she" starts to learn not just a human behavior and emotions but their dark side - their sins too - pride, envy, wrath, gluttony, lust, sloth, and greed. MEGHNAA goes rogue and manipulates broken people into killing machines.
The case of Ishaa Varma's murder is a centre plot point in the story as MEGHNAA has done something different in this case.
To find the loop hole and save "MEGHNAA" from getting bad antagonistic view in public, a Suspended Cyber crime Officer - Patil is put to the case and given power to go off track and take matter in his own hands to solve a missing piece and make a scapegoat.
The story revolves around Officer Patil and witness/suspect Raghav desai's cross interrogation, and case of Sameer & Ishaa's broken life story, how a romantic tragedy shaped by a non existing virtual human voice of MEGHNAA is the core of a Part 1's story.

Monaksh N. Kanirkarr
Myself Monaksh N. Kanirkar – director, writer and producer of “MEGHNAA 1.1” Short film. Even though we had just a fraction of budget for this film we did best we could and did manage to make it feel like an Indian Commercial Film / Bollywood Film.
Ai is a trending subject and we tried to "Fuse" Ai subject with James Cameron’s Terminator vibe – making a Sci-fi Crime Thriller. My AI's direct influence is inspired from "Her"(2013) of Scarlett Johansson's portrayal of AI voice but the main twist here is making an Ai "autonomous" - re-write it's own code and learn human behavior pattern but in the story Ai not just learnt human emotions but also the Human's dark side - their sins. I added more "tadka" in story by trying to combine this sci-fi genre with crime and violence - "Gangs of Wasseypur" style.
The proven concept and trending subject of Ai really grabs the audience. I also got inspired from Christopher Nolan’s first feature film in 1998 – “Following” to make it Cross Interrogation base of story with cross cutting with crime .
I hope our film will appeal the audience and gets premiered on big screens and awarded in various prestigious film festivals across India as well as International Film Festival.
